Website Maintenance
Once your site is uploaded, in order to retain user interest and good search
engine ranking, your site will require refreshing and updating from time to
time. The frequency and degree of which will depend entirely on your business
and the purpose of your site.
We offer 'pay as you go' maintenance (with no subscription) suitable for
customers who require minor changes from time to time. There are a list of the
most common services requested featured on our price list, or you may book a
block of time chargeable at £30.00 per hour billed in 15 min increments (subject
to a minimum charge of £15). We are more than happy to assist you with the
most cost effective way to fulfil your requirements.
Website Maintenance Subscription
For sites that require
more frequent changes we provide a subscription programme that covers up to *2
hours work per calendar month on all standard changes such as adding, removing
and updating the following:
- Content i.e. web pages, text, logos and
images
- Offers, seasonal sales and related decoration
- News features, blogs, links, announcements and articles
- Product changes, descriptions and prices
- New services or shopping cart items
- Meta tags, page descriptions and keywords
- Contact/form information and email addresses
- Ongoing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
As a subscribed maintenance customer you will receive:
- A priority service with a fast turnaround
- Extended telephone support - 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday
- Free face to face consultations when required
- 24/7 Website Monitoring - We monitor your web site's availability 24
hours a day, 7 days a week with email alerts and weekly web site performance
statistics.
- Quarterly 'Check and Repair' diagnostic
on your site which checks your pages, email account and forms, also checking inbound/outbound
links are functioning correctly while automatically amending anything untoward.
Subscription Payments
There are 3 subscription payment methods available to suit your budget, all
of which can be made via cash, cheque, standing order, Paypal e-invoice or
instantly via Paypal, credit or debit card below.
By choosing to subscribe and by making your first instant payment, you will then be billed automatically on
either an annual or monthly basis, dependant on your chosen payment option.
