Your domain name is akin to a sign on the front of a shop, so it's important to ensure that the name you choose reflects your business, products and/or services in order to be easily found and identified when searched for online.

A domain name is registered for the payment of a small fee which entitles you sole rights to use it online. This fee is usually payable every 2 years from the date of registration, higher level domains such at .com or .net are renewable annually.

If a name you are considering is available, we suggest it is registered straight away. Don't put it off;  you can leave it parked and add hosting at a later date.  If someone else registers it first, you will have to either pick an alternative or try to buy the rights off the registrar.  We will be happy to check its availability for you and assist with alternative suggestions should it be unavailable.

All our website packages include the registration of a .co.uk domain name (if you don't currently have one) which we will register in your name and manage renewals on your behalf. Should you already have a registered domain name, we can change the settings for you to enable it to work with your new hosting account. This way you will continue to renew your domain with your current ISP.

We will send you an automatic reminder approximately 45 days before the expiry date and you can pay by cash, cheque or online either by e-invoice or by using our checkout facility.
